That ye said Several Persons herein before named Shall be & are hereby declared to be for Ever Banished from this State & E & Every of them who shall be at any time here after be found in any part of this State shall be & hereby adjudged & Declared Guilty of Felony & Shall Suffer death as in Case of Felony without Benefit of Clergy
